Chocolate Peanut Butter NICE cream (GF, V)

I scream, you scream, we all scream for NICE CREAM! If you've burnt out from making your 11th version of banana bread, freeze those leftover spotty bananas and use them to make this creamy, dreamy, guilt-free ice cream. 4 ingredients is all it takes, and it tastes AMAZING. See details below...

Chocolate Peanut Butter Nice Cream:

(Serves 2-4)

Ingredients:

4-6 over ripe frozen bananas

1/4 cup cacao powder

1/4 cup peanut butter or PB2

Optional: Splash of milk of choice (I used almond milk)

Pinch of sea salt (if PB is unsalted)

Directions:

Blend frozen bananas in a food processor or high powered blender until consistency is smooth. Add cacao powder, peanut butter, almond milk and salt if using, and blend until thoroughly mixed together and smooth.

Enjoy immediately as soft serve, or freeze for an hour and enjoy as "ice cream".

** This stores for several days, but let it thaw on the counter for 10 minutes before trying to scoop!
